This gambling establishment has not operated since 1950. The State Liquor Authority file reflects that both Chief PATRICK GRIMALDI of the North Tonawanda, New York Police Department, and Chief LUTHER of the Tonawanda, New York Police Department, recommended JAMES VONA as a person of good character.
