This is to advise that [REDACTED] is being considered as a PCI of this office insofar as reporting day-to-day activities of the subject. [REDACTED] has known the subject by reputation for a number of years. [REDACTED] JAMES LA DUCA, the son-in-law of the subject, who also resides in a home on Danna Drive in the Town of Lewiston, New York. [REDACTED] LA DUCA [REDACTED] relative to his activities with his father-in-law who is the subject of this case.
[REDACTED] is also in a position to obtain the license numbers from cars that visit the residence of MAGADDINO and also able to furnish information relative to any trips that the subject or JAMES LA DUCA might take.
