He stated that STEVE MAGADDINO of Niagara Falls, NY, is the “top man” insofar as criminal activity in the Buffalo area is concerned. He stated that MAGADDINO's power is a historically accepted thing but he does not know where this power emanated or how it is maintained. [REDACTED] added that nothing goes on insofar as gambling is concerned in the Buffalo, NY, area unless MAGADDINO ok's it.
