3. A. STEVE MAGADDINO has not been interviewed by the FBI since 11/14/57.
B. Not applicable.
C. No definite information has been developed to establish the presence of STEVE MAGADDINO at the Apalachin meeting of 11/14/57. [REDACTED] has also appeared before a Federal Grand Jury in Buffalo, NY, at which time [REDACTED]; [REDACTED] also was served with a subpoena to appear before the Senate Investigating Committee, and on 11/4/58 was served with a subpoena to appear before the Federal Grand Jury in NYC sometime during the first part of December 1958. During the first part of November 1958, [REDACTED] was also served with a subpoena to appear before the NYS Commission of Investigation and is subpoenaed to appear before that Commission sometime in the future.
In view of the above, this office is not contemplating an interview of STEVE MAGADDINO at this time.
4. A. STEVE MAGADDINO has been known to frequent the Capitol Sweet Shop at 1302 Niagara St., Niagara Falls, NY, and Andy's Cafe, 282 Terrace St., Buffalo, New York.
[REDACTED] is a PCI of the Buffalo Office, and [REDACTED], who resides in Buffalo, is also a PCI of the Buffalo Office. Both of these PCIs are contacted periodically for information relative to MAGADDINO.
