[Continuation of statement begun on previous page.] The informant claimed the subject was not engaged in any legitimate activity at the present time, although he appeared to spend considerable time at Magaddino Memorial Chapel, 1338 Niagara St., Niagara Falls, NY. The informant had no additional information about the subject's current activities.
On 11/4/58 [REDACTED] stated that he occasionally saw the subject on Niagara Falls streets but could provide no information about current activities and had heard nothing indicating current illegal activity.
On 12/15/58 the same informant was recontacted and again had no additional information.
