An August 23, 1958 article in the Buffalo Evening News titled 'Beer Distributor Loses License and Forfeits $2500 Bond' reported that Power City Distributing Company of Niagara Falls was found guilty of 18 violations of the Alcoholic Beverages Control Law, and on August 23, 1958 was ordered to surrender its wholesale liquor license. The State Liquor Authority also ordered forfeiture of the firm's $2,500 bond. The report identifies the subject as company president and principal stockholder.
