BU 92-61 — report page -4-. [Continuation regarding T-4:] Informant had no additional information concerning the subject. [OFFICIAL REDACTION] The informant believed subject spent considerable time at his Danna Drive residence, Lewiston, New York. He had observed no unusual activity or unusual numbers of visitors there during recent months. On October 16, 1958, T-5 [OFFICIAL REDACTION] could furnish no information concerning either legitimate or illegitimate activities of subject. T-5 believed subject spent considerable time around the Magaddino Memorial Chapel, especially since ANTONIO MAGADDINO, subject's brother, apparently left Niagara Falls around mid-August 1958. The same informant had no information on ANTONIO MAGADDINO's whereabouts after the Apalachin meeting, but reported that Antonio appeared to be making himself 'scarce' to avoid service of a subpoena by the New York State Crime Commission and possible jailing for refusal to answer its questions. [Some original words obscured by ink/redaction.] On August 27, 1958, T-6 [OFFICIAL REDACTIONS] could furnish no information about subject's activities. The source reported subject complaining about being followed and asserted that local law enforcement personnel were following him to establish his activities and associates. [Other identifying passages redacted.]
