(2) Will bear in mind that the principles [sic; printed word] of the Vin James Builders, Inc. are personal friends of [REDACTED]; therefore, it is suggested that prior to an interview with [REDACTED] an appointment be made with him in order that this office's inquiry regarding [REDACTED] may not be made known to [REDACTED].

(2) Will check MICHAEL J. AUER's credit record at the Niagara Falls Credit Bureau to ascertain if that record reflects that he borrowed any large amount of money for the purpose of building a swimming pool in the rear of his home.
