[REDACTED] stated that the officers of this club are [REDACTED], all of Niagara Falls, Ontario. He further stated that there is another gambling establishment at Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada, and this club is operated by [REDACTED] of Niagara Falls, Ontario. He stated that the club at Fort Erie and the one on Ferry Street in Niagara Falls are both operating with charters issued by the Province of Ontario, Canada.
[REDACTED] stated no information has ever come to his attention indicating that the subject has any connection with the gambling activities in Niagara Falls, Ontario, or Fort Erie, Ontario.
On April 17 and 28, 1958, T-8, who has furnished reliable information in the past, advised SA [REDACTED] that following the death of VITO (BUCK JONES) DOMIANO on March 31, 1958, there was considerable activity among the gambling group in Buffalo as to who would replace DOMIANO as head of the numbers racket in Buffalo. Informant advised that one of those most prominently mentioned to take over was [REDACTED], a well known Buffalo gambler and bookmaker.
According to this informant, no one in Buffalo was given serious consideration for the job except FREDDY RANDAZZIO, wa. Freddy Lupo, who for several years had been closely associated with DOMIANO. This informant has previously furnished information that FREDDY RANDAZZIO [REDACTED] DOMIANO [REDACTED] was handling the numbers racket in the Buffalo area for the subject. This informant stated that the selection of FREDDY RANDAZZIO to replace DOMIANO was made by STEVE MAGADDINO.
On May 20 and 21, 1958, T-8 further advised that RANDAZZIO has now taken over complete management of the numbers racket in the Buffalo area. This informant stated that as an example of the increased stature which has been [continued on next page].
