ADMINISTRATIVE
Physical surveillances were conducted of the subject during January and February of 1958 and during the Memorial Day week-end of May, 1958, by Agents of the Buffalo Office and nothing of a specific nature regarding the subject's activities, was discovered as a result of these surveillances.
No leads are being set forth in this report inasmuch as the subject is being currently investigated by this office and undeveloped leads set forth in referenced report dated 5/7/58 are being covered at this time.
SUBJECT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS DUE TO FACT HE HAS PERMIT TO CARRY GUN.
