On 5/14/58, EVELYN WAHL, Deputy U. S. Commissioner, Buffalo, N. Y., advised that on 5/12/58, a subpoena was served on STEVE MAGADDINO, ordering him to appear before the Senate Investigating Committee in Washington, D. C.
Mrs. WAHL advised that there was no date on the subpoena as to when STEVE MAGADDINO was to appear before the Senate Investigating Committee, but said MAGADDINO would be advised at a later time as to the exact date he was to appear before the Committee.
