On February 24, 1958, [REDACTED] of the Italian district of Niagara Falls, New York, advised he has known the subject for many years and on occasion has had contacts with the subject. He stated he knows nothing regarding the subject's activities as such and nothing of a specific nature has ever come to his attention regarding any illegal activities on the part of the subject. He said that on occasion he sees the subject shopping in the Italian Section of Niagara Falls, New York, and on most of these occasions the subject is alone. He said he knows of no close associates of the subject in Niagara Falls, New York, and he has never heard anything regarding the subject's activities outside the City of Niagara Falls.
On March 26, 1958, [REDACTED] Clerk, Niagara County, New York, advised Pistol Permit Number 2450 originally issued to STEVE MAGADDINO on January 23, 1947, was renewed in October, 1949, and is good until revoked.
On March 11, 1958, [REDACTED] United States Bureau of Narcotics, Buffalo, New York, advised that bureau has never conducted any investigation of STEVE MAGADDINO.
