1. Will attempt to ascertain from the Bureau of Narcotics whether that office ever conducted an investigation of the subject and if not, obtain any information in their files relative to the subject.
2. Will identify [REDACTED] who reportedly runs the numbers racket in the colored section of Buffalo for the subject. [REDACTED] allegedly operates out of the [REDACTED] in Buffalo.
3. Will ascertain the names of the officers of the Vinjames Builders, 428 Connecticut Ave., and if deemed advisable, interview them relative to in what capacity PETER A. MAGADDINO is employed by that company.
4. Will check the records of the State Liquor Authority at Buffalo for the purpose of ascertaining information developed on JAMES VONA and the issuance of a liquor license to him for Cutt's Tavern on Delaware Ave. in Tonawanda, N.Y. Will attempt to ascertain from these records whether the subject has any relationship with JAMES VONA.

During [word unclear] of the subject on 2/3 and 2/6/58, the subject apparently visited with ANTHONY FINELLI, Manager of the Waterfall Motel in Niagara Falls, N.Y. for several hours during the evenings of each of those dates. FINELLI has been described as a man who is 67 years of age and reported to have a good reputation in Niagara Falls, N.Y. Consideration is being given to interviewing FINELLI and possibly developing him as a source
