Will ascertain the identity of the Red Devil Restaurant, 163 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach and consider the advisability of interviewing him regarding the alleged party held at that restaurant on February 28, 1957, which party was reported to be attended by mobsters from various parts of the country.
2. Will also attempt to identify SALVADORE FALCONE, the individual in honor of whom the party was held on February 28, 1957.
3. Will also attempt to ascertain the identity of individuals who attended this alleged party and whether the subject was in attendance at this party.

AT NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK
1. Will ascertain from Commissioner WILLIAM PHILIPS of the New York State Liquor Authority, 270 Broadway, the status of the license revocation proceedings against the Power City Distributing Company at Niagara Falls, New York.
2. Will also ascertain from the records of the State Liquor Authority, the identity of [REDACTED] the individual who loaned large sums of money to the Power City Distributing Company on two or three different occasions.

AT PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
1. Will attempt to verify the birth of [REDACTED] at Philadelphia. In the event these records are located, obtain the residence of the MAGADDINOs at that time and conduct appropriate investigation at that address with a view in mind of developing information relative to the subject's criminal activities at that time.
2. Will also check the subject's name and aliases through the records of the Philadelphia Police Department. This lead was previously set forth in Buffalo letter to Philadelphia, dated January 20, 1958.
