BU 92-61 dated December 26, 1957 at New York City in the case entitled "JOSEPH BONANNO, was. ANTI RACKETEERING" that on September 11, 1957, a telephone call was made from [REDACTED], Brooklyn, New York, to Niagara Falls 42504, which telephone is listed to PETER J. MAGADDINO in Niagara Falls, New York. [REDACTED], Brooklyn, New York, is the residence of [REDACTED]. The report of SA O'CONNOR reflects that CATHERINE BONAVENTRE was the maiden name of JOSEPH BONANNO's mother. This report further reflects that JOSEPH BONANNO was born on January 21, 1905 at Castellammare Del Golfo, Italy. At the time that PETER J. MAGADDINO was questioned by Immigration and Naturalization inspectors on June 22, 1934, he stated that he had an aunt by the name of [REDACTED]. It is being pointed out that the surname of PETER J. MAGADDINO's aunt is spelled differently from the maiden name of JOSEPH BONANNO's mother but there is a close similarity and there is a possibility that JOSEPH BONANNO, top hoodlum formerly of New York City, may be related to PETER J. MAGADDINO. B.
