AT UTICA, NEW YORK
Will attempt to identify an Italian attorney in Utica, N. Y., who is approximately 60 years old, and during the year 1956, drove an automobile bearing license plate "1" preceded by one or two letters. Will, in the event he is identified, ascertain whether he has any connection with the rackets in that area.
AT ALBANY, NEW YORK
Will check the gun permits for New York State in an effort to locate gun permit number 2450 which was issued to STEVE MAGADDINO. Will, in the event this permit is located, obtain pertinent information therefrom, particularly the individuals who were used by MAGADDINO as character witnesses.
