STEVE MAGADDINO is probably one of the top men in the so-called
syndicate, This informant stated he would never. be put in
the position where he would be. seaking information: regarding
either STEVE MAGADDINO or his brother, ANTONIO, and he would
just as soon not discuss the activities of the MAGADDINOS,. ;
He stated, however, that he knew nothing whatsoever regarding
the activities of STEVE MAGADDINO. .
On December 13, 1957,[ al
[_|the Niagara Falls Police Department, advised he has spont
all of his life in Niagara Falls, and knows ths members cf
the MAGADDINO family by reputation only. He s.:d there ars
numerous rumors in Niagara Falls to the effect that nothing
of an illegal nature can operate in Niagara Falls without
the approval of the MAGADDINOS. He stated that no specific b6

unknown but is a reputable professional man in Niagara Falls,
saurnished the following information:
He has known the subject by reputation over a nuinber
or years, and information has come to him from several sources is
whom he refused to identify, that the subject was in atten- —
dance at the meeting at Apalachin, New York, on November 1,
1957. He also pointed out that the subject is closely asso-
ciated with wh san attorney in Niagara Falls
