...Niagara Falls and orders came through to him from the MAGADDINOS that he should close down. He said that [REDACTED] refused to close down his dice game, and a few nights after the alleged warning, [REDACTED]'s gambling establishment was raided and robbed of ten thousand dollars. Informant advised the hold-up was never reported to the local police, although it did receive a little publicity in the local newspaper. He said there was never a denial or confirmation of the hold-up, but one actually did take place, and he is of the opinion that the hold-up was done on the orders of the MAGADDINOS. Informant was unable to furnish any information as to why this group of racketeers were visiting in Niagara Falls, and stated individuals of this type make visits to Niagara Falls once or twice each year. The informant was of the opinion that these men are all a part of a syndicate and their only reason for visiting Niagara Falls is to confer with ANTONIO and STEVE MAGADDINO, who are reported to be leaders of the so-called syndicate.
