...around the Power City Distributing Company on occasion, but for the most part, the subject never spent a great deal of time around the office of the distributing company. He was unable to furnish any specific information regarding the activities or the associates of subject, and made the remark that he would never want to be in a position where he would be able to obtain any information regarding the subject's activities.
He recalls that some time during 1956, subject took all of the drivers of the Power City Distributing Company to Utica, New York, in which city they were the guests of the West Avenue Brewing Company, the makers of Utica Club Beer, one of the brands of beer distributed by the Power City Distributing Company. He recalls that while they were in Utica, an Italian attorney whose name he could not recall, met them and treated the subject and the drivers to a very elaborate dinner. He stated this attorney was approximately sixty years of age and recalls that he was driving a large car bearing the number '1' on the license plate. He stated he surmised that this attorney was a very influential person in Utica, and this attorney and the subject appeared to be close friends, and the attorney treated the subject with great respect.
On December 17, 1957, [REDACTED] furnished the following information:
[REDACTED] is married to [REDACTED] who is a [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] have been estranged for the past several years. [REDACTED] are reported to be close associates of STEVE and ANTONIO MAGADDINO. He stated he has resided in Niagara Falls all of his life and he has heard numerous rumors regarding the MAGADDINO family, but he has never obtained any specific information regarding their activities. He is of the opinion that the subject is the 'brains' of the MAGADDINO family in Niagara Falls.
He was unable to furnish the names of any associates of the subject but he did recall that an individual by the name of [REDACTED] who resides at [REDACTED] acted as a bouncer in a gambling establishment in Niagara Falls at one time, and the MAGADDINOS allegedly had an interest in this gambling place.
